The kilns of the H.P.K. series (High Performance Kiln) are of the single shaft type, with a square cross-section and counter-current gas circulation.
These kilns are equipped with external burners and special internal refractory structures, which allow a homogeneous distribution of heat throughout the kiln section.
The refractory structures create hollow channels in the firing limestone that allow a wide range of fuels to be used either alternately or simultaneously.
Thanks to their specific technology in these kilns, it is possible to use not only liquid and gaseous fuels, but also pulverised solid fuels such as pet-coke, coal, sawdust or other recovered fuels.
