Nos fours du type D.S.R.<\/strong> sont du type \u00e0 double cuve, avec section ronde<\/strong> et circulation des gaz en equicourant ; ce type de fours est absolument semblable, du point de vue thermodynamique et technologique, \u00e0 nos fours D.S.S.
Leur principale particularit\u00e9 est le syst\u00e8me de distribution de chaleur entre les cuves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dans ces fours, le passage des fum\u00e9es chaudes d\u2019une cuve \u00e0 l\u2019autre ne se fait pas par un seul canal, mais par un canal circulaire avec plusieurs acc\u00e8s. Cette caract\u00e9ristique permet d\u2019optimiser la distribution de la chaleur dans toute la section transversale de la cuve en \u00e9vitant la formation de zones froides ou surchauff\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce profil particulier, il est donc possible d\u2019obtenir des fours avec de grandes productions ou de cuire du calcaire de petite taille sans pour autant r\u00e9duire la qualit\u00e9 de la chaux produite ou augmenter la consommation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
